Rafa EMS is expanding! We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented individual to serve as our Global KA and product manager. You will lead the marketing effort and spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth across the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive global marketing strategy and objectives.
- Lead and manage all marketing efforts, including brand management, digital marketing, public relations, marketing communications, and field marketing.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities world-wide.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for existing and new drug-device combination products.
- Manage and optimize the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Build and lead top-notch marketing capabilities, fostering collaboration, innovation, and talent development.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and global competitor activity.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in managerial roles within healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding marketing objectives and driving high-performing products in an international setting.
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and competitive drug-device combination environment.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Experience with building and managing complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and data analytics tools.
Education:
- BSc. Life-science/Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Bio-medical engineering/Chemical engineering.
